Mary Anne has a particular interest in those seeking career fulfillment. She assesses clients individually using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Strong Interest Inventory and coaches them through career exploration and transition. Mary Anne counts successful clients across the country, having helped them discover their unique gifts and blaze a path to meaningful pursuits. Whatever the age or situation, it is never too late or too early to discern one's passion and direction.
Mary Anne has had more than 25 years of success in Human Resource strategic and leadership roles with Fortune 50 companies. Her HR career has included diverse assignments in advertising, automotive and aircraft manufacturing, the airline industry and education. In addition, she has taught at Indiana University Kelley School of Business - Bloomington, working with students in the area of career exploration and at Indiana Institute of Technology, MBA and undergrad programs in business.
An honors graduate of the University of Notre Dame, she earned an MBA at Miami University (Ohio). In addition, she holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation, as well as the Certified Labor Relations Professional (CLRP) certification. She is qualified to administer and interpret Myers-Briggs Type Indicator as a Master Practitioner and the Strong Interest Inventory. She is a graduate of the Executive/Business Coaching Program at the University of Texas at Dallas and is credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF) at the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level. Mary Anne's expertise and interests center on career and personality assessments, individual coaching, executive coaching, midlife career transitions, interview preparation, leadership enhancement, negotiation, resume development and job search strategies. Because she understands so well the challenge of balance, she enjoys clients who want to succeed both professionally and personally. She is a member of the International Coach Federation. She enjoys working with high school and college students as they discover their direction in life. She also is energized by those in or near retirement who view this transition as a new beginning. Executives on the move and those who support them to a higher level of achievement benefit from her knowledge of the corporate world.
In her spare time, Mary Anne enjoys travel, calligraphy and paper crafts and accomplishing items on her bucket list. In 2010 and again in 2011, she achieved a long-sought goal of reading more than 100 books in one year. Her goals for 2012 are defined and on their way to completion! She and her husband are the parents of 4 adult children, including a set of triplets. All are out of college and discovering the passion that comes from working in their chosen fields.
