She assesses clients individually using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Strong Interest Inventory and coaches them through career exploration and transition. Mary Anne has had more than 25 years of success in Human Resource strategic and leadership roles with Fortune 50 companies. Her HR career has included diverse assignments in advertising, automotive and aircraft manufacturing, the airline industry and education. In addition, she has taught at Indiana University Kelly School of Business - Bloomington, working with students in the area of career exploration.
An honors graduate of the University of Notre Dame, she earned an MBA at Miami University (Ohio). In addition, she holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation, as well as the Certified Labor Relations Professional (CLRP) certification. She is qualified to administer and interpret Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Strong Interest Inventory. She is a graduate of the Executive/Business Coaching Program at the University of Texas at Dallas and is credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Mother of 4, including college-age triplets, she and her husband of 30+ years have been profiled in the Indianapolis Star for their dedication to family. In her spare time, she enjoys her role as the Club Manager for the Notre Dame Club of Indianapolis, travel, reading and accomplishing items on her long list of things to do in her life.
